SUBJECT: CORRECTION ON TENDER DOCUMENT

1) On Page 50 the description the grades stated are incorrect.

It is the intention of this contract to appoint 25 service providers LIMITED TO 5

CONTRACTORS PER CIDB CATEGORY 1-5 GB/CE on the framework contract based on

evaluation Quality Criteria.

2) The above paragraph on page 50 of tender documents to be replaced with the following.

It is the intention of this contract to appoint 20 service providers LIMITED TO 5

CONTRACTORS PER CIDB CATEGORY 6-9 GB/CE on the framework contract based on

evaluation Quality Criteria.
