“Should the contractor require equipment to access the track area for any reason, the contractor will provide adequate protection to prevent damage to asphalt or rubberized surfacing. No equipment shall be allowed on the turf field at all.”

“It is anticipated that the Bleacher Erector will be on site for erection beginning the 2nd week of January. Their work should be complete by the end of January. A section of planking and seating in front of the press box will be left out to facilitate press box construction. Framing will be in place and the planking and seating will be installed late July to early August.”
