Adding the IE Tab in Google Chrome to Fix HPI Online

For updated versions of Google Chrome where the drop-down menu boxes are no longer visible, ie –

your screen looks like this in the HPI:

The FIX: Google “IE Tab” in Chrome. It will take you to the Chrome Add on store. It should look

something like this. Click on the FREE button:

Once you have clicked on the FREE button, you should see this, click “Add”:

Then, go to Secure Access Washington to login to your account. Before you log in, click on the IE icon at

the top right-hand of the page:

You will probably get this Internet Explorer security message when you connect to the HPI:

Click NO and you should be good to go!

If at any time you see the drop-down

menus not behaving, try clicking the IE

icon again to see if that solves the

problem.
