With today‘s consumers reacting with increasing sensitivity to
various food ingredients, many food manufacturers have taken
a better-safe-than-sorry policy in supplying products to meet the
clean-label trend and keep out the various ingredients that could
lead to intolerance.
VAN HEES has years of experience in producing oGAF-labelled
additives, spices and marinades without additional glutamates
or declarable allergens.
VAN HEES has extended this range in the Clear Line range developed
for a number of areas in meat processing, with modern products
produced without problem ingredients such as glutamates, decla-
rable allergens or food dyes, using selected ingredients to keep
them highly tolerated and non-declarable. This allows manufac-
turers to extend their meat and sausage, salad and snack product
ranges to include more sensitive customers.
VAN HEES Clear Line products have been developed for fl avour and
functionality to give manufacturers the opportunity of making safe,
tasty meat and sausage products at various levels of clean-label
status from glutamate-free to complete absence of those dreaded
E-numbers.
