    INTRODUCTION

    The Admin Department is saddled with responsibility to

    provide administrative and professional support

    services to other units in the organization to enhance

    their service delivery to customers. The unit ensures

    that tools and required logistics are always available

    when needed. The Admin function also ensures that the

    work environment is consistently maintained to reflect

    the Afromedia PLC quality and image standards. Thesefunctions are shown below:

    1. To efficiently track all departmental requests and endeavoring these

    requests are attended to within 24hours by harnessing available

    resources to achieve same.

    2. To get best values (in procurement and services) from contractors at the

    least possible cost.

    3. To ensure proper documentation and effective maintenance of company

    assets.
