Questions?

PASS •Required Personal Potential Index (PPI) •You may select 3, 4, or 5 evaluators to go online and complete a PPI evaluation for you. This is required for all schools.

•Some schools may also want up to 2 Professional Evaluation Forms (optional)

Page 16: Advanced and Graduate Education 2002 or…

Questions?

PASS •PASS encourages you to select different people to do the PPI evaluations and the professional evaluations (PEF)….. •PASS will strongly recommend from whom you should request a PPI or PEF, such as a Department Chairman from the discipline for which you are applying.

Page 17: Advanced and Graduate Education 2002 or…

Questions?

PASS •The Professional Evaluation is best reserved for situations where an evaluator wishes to speak at length to an extended experience such as a research project or clinical rotation. •The PPI measures non-cognitive qualities and the most useful evaluations come from faculty members who know you well and can speak to your professional development, work habits, and ability to cooperate with others. Have the evaluator add comments or you will be at a disadvantage!
