Requirements for D.GE Certification Achieve Body of Knowledge required for Diplomate status

B.S. + M.S. or 30 hours of specialty graduate courses

P.E. License

8 years post-P.E. progressive experience in specialty

Active in geotechnical engineering

Be of good moral character and high ethical standing

Complete application with references

Competency assessed by panel of peers including oral examination (may be waived)
