    First mode is ordered and procedural, distinguished by the ability to repeat an actionconsistently and accurately over time. True first mode thinkers derive satisfaction andsense of accomplishment from following established routines and procedures. Theymasters at attending to the details. Loyal, dependable and reliable they may remainthe same company for years, where they are valued for the consistency of their workand the thoroughness with which they complete tasks. Naturally conservative, theyappreciate traditional values and prefer to approach tasks and solve problems in a stby-step manner.Second mode

    Second mode thinking is spiritual, symbolic and feeling-based. It picks up the subtletiand shifts in others' moods, emotions and non-verbal signals. Strong second modethinkers are often highly expressive, instinctively reaching out to comfort, encourageconnect with others through words and gestures.
