Bodyshot are pleased to announce we will be hosting our first retreat in March 2017 at the luxurious ‘Riad Taj Omayma’ in Marrakech. The theme of the retreat will be ‘adventures’, and we expect that to take many forms; daily activities, the culture, the exotic location, the terrain. You will also be encouraged to explore your own capabilities, whether that be men-tal or physical.

The Riad Taj Omayme
Only 20-minutes from Marrakech, the Riad is a magical place with views of the snow-topped Atlas Mountains and the desert dunes of Agafay stretched out on the horizon. It’s a private resort with 5 twin bedrooms for guests, spacious and stylish communal areas and space to eat indoors and outside under the palm trees.

This is a stunning venue, and we hope you’ll join us for a week of adventure and excitement. We promise you an energising blend of fitness, restorative yoga and hiking in the mountains, but you’ll also get the chance to re-lax and recharge. We want you to come back from this retreat feeling rejuvenated, and armed with tips and tools that you can easily implement into your home life to help you stay mentally sharp, fit and healthy.
