Fashion in Cowtown gets a new look
By: David Kanyarunga
At an early age, the manager of Forbidden Clothing had an innovative idea. He wanted to give the citizens of Calgary an opportunity to buy stylish clothes at a reasonable price.
Although there are many cloth-ing stores in the downtown core, he was looking to offer a Euro-chic urban apparel and sports-wear for men and women. In a personal interview, the manager said “At Forbidden Clothing, the belief is that how you dress is an expression of who you are.
Fashion is not something that exists only in a pair of jeans; it’s everything around us.”
He adds “The value of incorpo-rating young and hip clothing to a vibrant city is something we take pride on.”
Forbidden Clothing started with little clothes. They invested in high end clothing which was an exceptionally brilliant plan.
The business as increased their sales from 200 per cent to 300 per cent every year since 2008.
They participate in fashion shows throughout the city and donate to CHF every year.
Like many successful business, Forbidden clothing strongly invests in their employees.
In a face-to-face interview with Jilleena Askewe, an employee at Forbidden Clothing, she said “I try to connect with the cus-tomers and build friendship
rather than an employee verses customer relationship.”
For bidden Clothing is located at 1209 1st ST S.W and has easy access by transit and vehicle.

M en’s Underwear are back If you’re a man who constantly wishes for the best physical comfort, it just shows logic to increase that wish to your com-fortable under-wear.
The world of men’s inner wear has come a long way. Presently you can get fashion-able styles to go well with even the most discerning choices. Nowadays, you’re probably one of those individu-als who, for work
or enjoyment, see the sights with your drawers on exhibit, in which case you are fa-miliar with every comfortable man’s underwear.
The most com-fortable men’s un-derwear is manu-factured with natural cotton, has slim stretchy bands and is sized designed for a gentle, cozy in shape devoid of bunching. What you wear inside your outfit is just as essential
as any other cloth-ing is for a person, even if that is no-ticed by you only.
Underwear is most likely the only most useful item of clothing you put on a daily basis and one of the main factor in which you feel comfy in your clothing.
When you pur-chase in the wide-
ranging collection of various brands, you’ll get designs appropriate for daily wear, special occasion, sporty actions and any other use you can visualize.
Forbidden Cloth-ing is located at 1209 1st ST S.W. You can also visit their website at forbiddenfash-ions.ca

Lock – rhymes with rock).
