The Wave Riders program of The CommunityHospice helps children “ride the waves of grief” in a caringenvironment. Saidresolution authorizes the issuanceand sale of refunding bonds in anamount not to exceed $1,430,000.The proceeds from the sale of theobligations authorized in saidresolution shall be used to refundthe Fire District’s Fire District(Serial) Bonds, 2004 in theoriginal aggregate principalamount of $1,990,000 (the “PriorBonds”).
