Low volatile grade, platinum cured silicone meets USP Class VI, FDA CFR 177.2600, ISO 10993, European Pharmacopoeia 3.1.9, and3-A standards. All tubing cores are extruded in a Class 1000 clean room and are animal derived ingredient free.

APFOS-W – White PTFE Core,Smooth I.D.: 6 stock sizes from 1/4” I.D.to 1-1/2” I.D.

Molded Silicone AssembliesSupplied as silicone fittingsattached directly to silicone tubingor hose, AdvantaPure’s MoldedSilicone Assemblies are well-suited for applications involvingaseptic transfer, sterileprocessing, and other criticalapplications in thepharmaceutical, biomedical, andhigh purity industries. Theassemblies reduce installationtime, improve cleanliness, and retain the many benefits of silicone.

Molded Silicone Assemblies areavailable from AdvantaPure in mini andstandard Tri-Clamp® fitting styles andare supplied with male gaskets moldeddirectly to the face of the fitting.Straight-through and step-up boreconfigurations are produced in sizes upto 1” tube I.D. Protective backup cups,

offered in polysulfone or series 304stainless steel for extra durability, provide a stable clamping surfaceand safeguard the fittings during installation and use.

All assemblies are custom made to best meet each application’srequirements and incorporate either unreinforced silicone tubing orbraid-reinforced silicone hose. Working pressure ratings varydepending on product.
