AE Stainless Direct Pty Ltd is an Australian, family owned and operated company. Our

Head Office and Warehouse is located in Mansfield, Queensland, while our workshop is

just 2 minutes away. AE Stainless is a proven manufacturer and provider of quality

stainless steel enclosures and related products. We stock a standard range but can design

and manufacture custom enclosures within 2 weeks at our local workshop. We use

Autodesk Inventor for all our designs, while cutting and bending are done on our state-of-

the-art CNC machinery. AE Stainless supply to a diverse range of customers throughout

Australia, so we ensure that we always provide the highest quality, service and

competitive pricing.

Our flagship product range is our standard 316 Stainless Enclosures, but we have also

designed Push Button Stations, Terminal Boxes, Escutcheons, and many more.

extreme wet conditions, including submersion. These enclosures are extensively

used in marine, but also in the machinery and trucking industry.

A range of enclosures can be mounted on the 316 Stainless steel T-stand. The

bottom support rail is adjustable to match the enclosure height.

The 316 Stainless steel I-stands are supplied as a pair and can be bolted to the

side of an enclosure.

The 316 Stainless enclosure stands are supplied as a pair and fit on each bottom

corner of an enclosure.

PFC plinths are available in 316 Stainless steel, Aluminium or Hot Dipped

Galvanised. Any custom size is available.

AE Stainless designed a range of HMI Sun Shield hinged covers to fit any

standard AES enclosure.

These kits bolt to the enclosure door, over the HMI.

To operate the HMI, fold the roof up and then the two sides outwards.

This prevents a glare on the HMI and make operation easier.

When folded closed, it protects the HMI from the elements, but can also be

padlocked to prevent unauthorised access or vandalism.

AE Stainless' range of Vent Hoods are designed to protect vent intakes on a standard

wall mounted enclosure, to prevent water to enter the enclosure. They are easily

fitted to any standard size enclosure.

The standard vent hoods have an internal flange, which is fitted with nutserts. On this

type, the vent hood is bolted to the enclosure from the inside for extra security.

The vent hoods with the external flange, are bolted to the enclosure from the

outside. This allows easy removal of the vent hood, where filters need to be cleaned

from the outside.

Stainless Steel Flange Wall Mounting Kit

AE Stainless designed a range of flange wall mounting kits to fit any standard AE

Stainless enclosures. These brackets are fitted to the enclosure via M6 bolts. It can

then be wall mounted with M8 bolts.

These Flange Brackets are replacing the Flanged Wall Mount Enclosures on Pg.7

due to shipping damage to the welded flanges.

AE Stainless has a range of 5mm Aluminium and 3mm Brass Gland Plates in

stock. The gland plates are pre-drilled and come with stainless steel

mounting bolts, washers and nuts to assemble it to the enclosure.

AE Stainless also stocks 5mm Brass Sheet and can cut any custom Gland

Plate required.

This kit bolts onto the door of any standard enclosure.

When the switch is in the OFF position, the cover fold over the handle and is

padlocked in the OFF position to prevent accidental or unauthorised turning ON.

We are frequent requested to add a 3-point locking system to an enclosure

door. The problem is that most standard doors comes with 2 door locks and

hence already have 2 holes.

AE Stainless designed a stainless steel kit to cover the exiting holes. These

fittings also has a M6 stud on the back, which is used to screw in the rod guide.

The outer 316 Stainless steel disk (Hole seal / Hole plug ) is the same size as a

standard 1/4 turn lock and is fitted with the same seal to maintain the IP66

rating.

We also stock this Hole seal / Hole plug to seal extra pushbutton holes, conduit

openings and knockout openings against dust, dirt, oil and water.
