Our HistoryAEFM was formed in 2009 to provide FM services tailored to our client’s exact requirements. We do this through working with our clients to understand how their business works, then developing innovative tailored solutions that add value to our clients’ core business model.

Since 2009 the business has grown rapidly and has benefited from working with some truly inspirational clients that have helped support our business growth alongside theirs.

Our team comprises highly experienced and competent FM professionals that understand what excellence looks like and how it can be used in the development and implementation of client focussed integrated services. Ultimately they know that there is no value in a one size fits all solution.
