We can provide air ambulance, medivac services and patient transport solutions for any medical emergencies and will coordinate the end to end search & resuce process or emergency situation management. We also offer cost effective and stress free transportation for family members. The Airbus H125 aircraft flown by our experienced pilots are properly oufitted for emergencies including a stretcher, trauma kit and Spidertracks Spider S3 for real time tracking and emergency alerts. We have a partnership with Pacific International Hospital and provide medical personnel and equipment specific to each emergency. We are always ready and capable of fast deployment. Important information about requesting a medivac If you get in trouble, don’t hesitate, call. Time is valuable so the quicker you make the call the better. If you have insurance, familiarise yourself with the contact details of the emergency help line for your insurer. Call them and pass on our contact details. They will be helpful in coordinating the parties. Even if you have called insurance, give us the heads up so we can start getting ready, this will help to speed up the process. If you don’t have insurance or don’t know, call us directly and we’ll sort things out after the event. If for some reason we are unable to get to you, we have partners nationwide that may be able to provide assistance. We will need to know: type of emergency, condition of person, and importantly the weather. Please identify GPS coordinates where possible For a helicopter landing, we need min 25m diameter clear area. If we can’t land directly where you are, we will get as close as possbile and walk to you. If helicopters come, stay back and wait for us to shut down and our crew to come and talk to you. Once there, the medical team and our pilots will take over and handle the scene. Depending on the situation, it is most likely we can only take the person needing medical assistance. We will endeavour to take next of kin or relevant parties, however this will be dictated by number of seats available after stretcher (if required) and medical staff on board.
