In 1988, Aerofil Technology, Inc. began in Sullivan, Missouri with just two aerosol lines and less than 50,000 square feet of space. Since then, ATI has greatly expanded and now packages some of the worlds most recognized and respected brand names.

In the spring of 2007, the owners led the charge on a bold and daring new direction adopting the philosophies and practices of the Toyota Production System. ATI embarked on a Lean continuous improvement journey that would forever change the face of our organization and blaze a new trail that has now engaged an entire industry. Today, ATI is a Lean continuous improvement culture with approximately 400 full-time employees and 17 production lines. Our ever-growing operations now offer over 400,000 square feet of space.

Aerosol FillingValue Streams One and Two

Aerofil offers full-service aerosol formulation and packaging capabilities to meet all your needs. Six aerosol packaging lines with capabilties ranging from roll-fed labeling to CO2 to three-stage fills allow us to meet all your needs and requirements.

Spread across Value Streams One & Two, ATI features three automated, high-speed rotary filling lines and three indexing lines that provide maximium flexibility to handle any type of product or special packaging. We are an EPA registered facility that currently formulates and packages aerosol air dusters and cleaners, adhesives, automotive products, personal care products, household products, industrial products, insecticides and herbicides. Our optimal propellant systems are capable of handling hydrocarbons, DME, 152a, 134a, Nitrogen and CO2.

Liquid FillingFrom flammable solvents to water-based formulas, Aerofil has the expertise to handle all of your formulating and packaging needs. Featuring six liquid packaging lines, ATI has the ability to handle a wide range of products and sizes. We currently formulate and package automotive appearance and performance products, household products, insecticides, herbicides, personal care products, and pet products in Value Stream Three. With three rotary filling lines, two inline filling lines, and one line utilizing a mini-filler, we are set up to meet all your needs.

In September of 2012, Aerofil introduced arevolutionary liquid packaging line that was

featured in Packaging DIgest. Liquid Line 6 is a fully automated, high-speed liquid line that

features a 30-head Mass Flow Filler with a mono-blocked capper and trigger inserter.
