AFFIDAVIT
I, MA. THERESA M. ESTRELLADO, of legal age, Filipino, and
resident of San Juan, East District, Sorsogon City, after having
been duly sworn in accordance with law, hereby depose and say:
1. That I am the owner of the Two-Storey Residential/Commercial
Building located along Provincial Road, San Juan, East District,
Sorsogon City;2. That I requested a Road Right-of-Way Clearance
from PEO and during PEOs inspection, they found out that my
building encroached the provincials required road right-of-way,
which is the 7.50 meters from the center of the road;3. That I
execute this affidavit to waive my right to claim compensation and
damages arising from the removal of the encroached area during the
widening or road improvements to be made by the provincial
government;4. And that I will voluntary demolish the said
encroached area anytime during road widening/improvement without
monetary claim for compensation and damages.5. That I execute this
document to attest to the foregoing facts and for any legal
purposes this may serve.
