BASIC Bank is not nationalized but governmental bank. So, sometimes managements of BASIC Bank are selected by the government. Therefore, generally the activities of the bank are influenced by the political change.
In modern banking system most of the banks are taking the applicant form by online system. But BASIC Bank has not started online recruiting system yet.
Sometimes some officers show very much diplomatic behavior with their colleagues and also with their customers.
Sometimes some officers do not get their promotion on due time, which decrease the motivational level of employees.
The web site of BASIC Bank is not organized; as a result, some latest data cannot be collected from web site. I think customers of BASIC Bank are also facing same problem.
We know every nationalized bank has huge political involvement. So, I believe that if a portion of its share is sold in stock market, the problem may be overcome.
BASIC Bank should start to take application form from applicant by online system.
The bank authority should aware the employees about their behavior with the customers and their colleagues. The employees have to be very polite to all of their customers and colleagues in any situation.
Recommendations
The top level management has to be aware about the promotion of their employees. Because, it always helps to motivate the employees.
The web site information should be more organized. Because many people are using internet and they try to collect information from web site. Web site should be designed by experienced web designer.
The bank should emphasize more on training its employees on a frequent basis.
Recommendations
Modern Commercial Banking is challenging business.
The rewards are modest; the penalties for bad looking are enormous.
Commercial Banks are great monetary institutions, important to the general welfare of the economy more than many other financial institutions.
