years as a Medical Gas Pipe Line Installer.
As attached is his service record of 21 years (Certificate).
A Copy of his SAQCC Gas License.
He is fully registered, has Workman’s Compensation & a Letter of Good
Standing.
Scope of work:
Installation of all copper medical gas line.
Installations of any medical gas equipment, valve housing, vacuum traps,
valve boxes, scavenger systems, gas manifolds, compressors & vacuum
pumps.
Above include services as well.

CUSTOMER MAINTENANCE PLAN & SCOPE:
1. Check all leaks in gas room, contact gauges and alarm systems.
2. Clean plant rooms & check switch covers of compressor and vacuum pumps
plus filters, auto drains, oil and also for leaks.
3. Leaks on valve housing, flow meters and pressure ratings.
4. Clean out vacuum traps and valve boxes.
5. Theaters – Check flow rate on scavenger system and all leaks on housings.
6. Test all valve boxes for installation.
7. All gas room and plant rooms connections.
If more requirements are needed or requested by the Customer / Client, completed
with a report.
