Job Experience

The University of Poonch Rawlakot:

Currently, I’m working as a lecturer in the faculty of management sciences the University of Poonch Rawalakot Azad Kashmir. I am teaching various courses of MBA, M.Com, MSc Economics and BBA classes.Moreover, I have supervised 16 Students during the last semester. All the students have defended their Research Thesis excellently.

i. S & H Engineering company Abu Dhabi: Worked as a finance manager/Chief accountant in S & H Engineering Co. UAE Abu Dhabi providing them financial guidelines while maintaining their Final Accounts, Trial Balance, Balance Sheet analysis, Cash flows, budgeting, Receivable and payable management, More over I have worked while dealing letter of credit, Banks , warrantees and import of machinery.

ii. Assistant Director Finance Planning & Development/Assistant Director Administrator/Assistant Director Procurement: Government Sector BPS-17, 2005Working with Finance department, Government of Pakistan, Leading finance department of the organization taking reporting of different departments and assisting Director Finance over

financial matters like, Budget formulation, Income statement/Final Account, Cash flows, Balance sheets, Reconciliation of accounts. Also worked on PC 1 and PC 2 projects financed by Ministry of education and Higher education commission. Monitoring of Annualized planning for operations (APO).

iii. Pak Gulf Construction Co. Financial Consultant, 2007 Working as Consultant for the Pak Gulf Construction Co. Managing team of ten people over two locations Islamabad and Peshawar. Main courses were to assist CFO of the Company in financial reporting, like preparing feasibility studies and cost benefit analysis for their real estate projects. To provide financial guide lines, monitoring Financial Statements, final accounts, cash flows, capital budgeting, mergers & Acquisition, payable Management & working capital management. Deal with different banks over company accounts and facilities like credit financing and pay roll accounts. Have in depth understanding of international trade, Economic Development, macroeconomic variables, Economic planning, Cost benefit analysis, and Decision making. Using the tools of Corporate Governance, Financial Management and managerial principles how a firm’s profitability and long term growth can be enhanced specially in the course of liquidity crunch and distress. v. Sardar Builders: Assistant Finance/Accounts, 2003-2005

Worked as Assistant Accountant. Prepare income statement/ final accounts, balance sheet, trial balance, book keeping, reconciliation and general ledgers. Also responsible for process costing inventory management, cash accounts, branch accounts, Variance Analysis, manufacturing accounting, Cost accounting, Trading Accounting and managerial Accounting.

vi.Allama Iqbal Open University IslamabadI have been working/Teaching as a Resource Person/Visiting lecturer at AIOU.I have taught successfully to MSc Economics, Business Administration and BBA classes.The major subjects of teaching are;

I have been lecturer and Assistant Director in the department of Management Sciences, both at Islamabad and Rawalpindi for more than five years. I have taught following subjects in the department of Business Administration ( M.B.A. M.Com, B.B.A).
