It is located next door to Islington Town Hall and its range of stunningceremony rooms, so why not get married in the grand surroundings of Islington Town Hall before you and your guests come through to Islington Assembly Hall for your reception?

We have a range of packages to suit all couples. Our most popular offer, the Celebration package, does not restrict you to using specific suppliers, and your caterers will have use of our modern kitchen. We provide drinks packages, which we can tailor to suit your tastes,and our fully-licensed bar will be open throughout, offering a wide variety of drinks.

As one of the capital’s most exciting livemusic venues, it’s ideal for concert lovers,and the host of names to have graced its magnificent stage is sure to be a talking point for your guests!

Your guests will arrive through our impressivefoyer before moving into our main hall. The spacious main hall accommodates a range of layouts and allows your friends and family to have an unrestricted view of the happy couple – and you of them!

CELEBRATING WITH YOUR LOVED ONESWe will advise you on layouts and capacities to suit yourplans. To make the most of the space, we normally requesta minimum of 100* throughout and our maximumcapacities are:

• Civil ceremony: 230 • Wedding reception with seated meal: 170 • Informal evening reception: 250

Our grand stage and excellent PA system lendthemselves perfectly to a live band or DJ,and your guests can make the most ofthe original sprung dance floor as yourcelebrations continue into the evening.

COUNTDOWN TO YOUR WEDDING DAY• See for yourself what Islington Assembly Hall can offer by visiting us if you haven’t already. Just contact our team to make an appointment and we’ll be delighted to show you around.

• We will check availability for your preferred date and with just a few bits of information from you, we can reserve a date for up to two weeks without any obligation.

• With a signed contract and deposit, your date will be booked, ticking a big thing off your to-do list!

• Keep us informed of your plans for catering before you make specific agreements with caterers, so that we can check they meet the requirements needed to provide services in the venue.

• With around one month to go, we will meet with you and discuss all the finer points. We’ll keep in touch as more things are confirmed, like your rsvps and seating plan. We will also take the final payment and introduce you to the friendly face who will be the duty manager on the day of your wedding.

CELEBRATION PACKAGE Our celebration package starts from £5,110 and includes:

• The hall set up with our tables and chairs to suit your requirements, following pre-event meetings

• Hire of the hall from 2pm-midnight

• A dedicated events coordinator leading up to your big day

• A duty manager on the day of your wedding

• Use of our PA system, lighting rigs and operators to work them

• Use of a private dressing room

• Door staff by the entrance/exit

• Our house drinks package and glassware

• Use of the kitchen

• Our bar, fully stocked and staffed

• VAT

• Two tickets to a concert of your choice in the venue during the first year of marriage

DRY HIRE PACKAGE Our dry hire package starts from £3,500 and includes:

• The tables and chairs that are required will be in the hall, ready for you to lay out

• Hire of the hall from 2pm-midnight

• Use of the kitchen

• Door staff by the entrance/exit

• Use of our Yamaha speaker for music

• Corkage at £350 (no extra charge for soft drinks only)

• VAT

• Two tickets to a concert of your choice in the venue during the first year of marriage

CIVIL CEREMONY PACKAGEIf you wish to hold both your ceremony and your reception in the venue, please contact the team to discuss options and rates.

Our ceremony-only package starts from £750 and includes:

• Chairs for up to 230 guests

• A one-hour booking available to start from 9am-12noon

• A Yamaha speaker for your music

• Door staff by the entrance/exit

• Two tickets to a concert of your choice in the venue during your first year of marriage.

DRINKS PACKAGESWe have a range of wines and other drinks to compliment your menu,and we can tailor our house drinks package to suit your tastes.

House drinks package, from £18 per person:

• A glass of Prosecco on arrival

• Half a bottle of house wine during the meal

• A glass of Prosecco for the toast
