International Association of Commercial Collectors

� The IACC is the largest organization of commercial collection specialists in the world, with 200 members throughout the U.S. and 20 countries.

� AGA one of only 25 commercial collection agencies that has earned the highly acclaimed Certified Agency designation from the International Association of Commercial Collectors (IACC).

� To become certified, AGA underwent an extensive third party evaluation process

Commercial Law League of America

• The Commercial Law League of America ("CLLA") is a respected organization of attorneys and other experts in credit and finance actively engaged in the field of commercial law, bankruptcy and insolvency

• Certified and hold a $1mil bond

Commercial Collection Agencies of America

• Formed in May 2014, by members who are certified by either the IACC or CLLA, AGA is an charter certified member

AG Adjustments Internal Collection Process

What happens when a collection is placed with AGA?

� Claim entered in the AGA’s Collection Master System

� Debtor scan is performed

� Address standardization & verification performed

� Claim is assigned to a collector ($$, region, industry, language)� Email sent to client acknowledging the claim� Email or letter sent to debtor notifying them of placement� Initial collection call is made and collection process is started within 24 hours of receiving the claim

� Preliminary asset investigation performed

� Skip tracing is performed if necessary

� On an average file the collector will make 8-15 attempts to make initial contact with the debtor in the first 30-45 business days. Once collector makes initial contact, their goal is to resolve the file within 60-90 days or until such time as the debt can be resolved or favorable payment terms are established.

� If the debt can not be resolved in an amicable manner within 60 days, then the claim will reviewed for either legal forwarding or to close out.

The Summary Report provides a top level overview of all of the claims that you have placed on an annual and monthly basis with the ability to looks at recovery rates and drill down to collectors notes

Status Report

The Status Report provides the ability to look at all claims placed, or choose a specific date range or subset of claims. Summary level claim data is provided and you have the ability to sort the data and drill down into collector notes

Collector NotesDrilling down to the collector notes provides a date order view of all of the collectors activity on your claim (calls, emails & skip tracing), as well as the ability to contact the collector with questions

AGA Claim Search provides you access to 20 years of AGA placement data. Searching the database will provide you debtor information and the date they were placed for collection with AGA.
