ART. 1878. SPECIAL POWERS OF ATTORNEY ARE NECESSARY IN THE FOLLOWING
CASES:
(1) TO MAKE SUCH PAYMENTS AS ARE NOT USUALLY CONSIDERED AS ACTS OF
