Skills Wisconsin Project Overview
• Demand Driven System: Reforming the workforce system to view business as the customer
• Process Re-engineering: Re-engineer workflow to improved business outreach, assessment, and coordinated business client management utilizing the customized Salesforce tool.
• Partnerships: Increase collaboration between workforce and economic development professions; and develop and expand Industry Sector Partnerships
NEW DEVELOPMENT: Proposals being reviewed for individual to develop a train the trainer model for state business services professionals. Position will be funded through the Workforce Innovation Fund and will service to better coordinate efforts within the 11 WDAs.
