Understanding JusticeMobile JusticeMobile consists of two components:

A secure application optimized for mobile

devices a management; and

A security system for smartphones and

tablets.

JusticeMobile provides law enforcement

personnel with secure, mobile access to

criminal justice information in the databasesof the California Department of Justice,

California Department of Motor Vehicles and

others as well as access to the Federal Bureau

of Investigations (FBI) National Crime

Information Center (NCIC) databases.

Delivering JusticeMobile The delivery of JusticeMobile began by

developing the security framework to comply

with the FBIs CJIS Security Policy.

Conducted Joint Application Design sessions

with law enforcement users.

Released Alpha in March 2013.

Release Beta in June 2013.

Released Version 1.0 in September 2013.

Produce new releases every 2 months.
