• Agility gives access to the Singapore Customs to view our inventory through our WMS.
Singapore Customs• Singapore customs (Airport and sea port) operates 24x7, 365 days a year.
• All customs filing done electronically.
• Agility registered under Major Exporter Scheme (MES).– Companies under MES need not pay GST at point of
import.
Singapore Customs• Import– Most shipments pre-cleared prior to arrival.
– Customs approval received electronically and only shipments that are flagged need inspection.
– Inspection is 24x7 and unless discrepancies found, should take no more than 1-2 hours.
Singapore Customs• Exports– Export Customs clearance may be done 7 days after flight
or vessel departure.
– Documents may be changed prior to handing over to airline.
– Change of airline, change of forwarder etc. may be done prior to shipment handing over to terminal.
