• Feudalism should be abolished and land should be alloted to poor farmers.•Good quality seeds can increase crop yield by 10 to 20 %.•New Agricultral policy should be announced for small farmers.•Establishment of diffrent Agricultral zones.•Lestest machinery should be provided to farmers to increase per acre yield.•Proper irigation system.
