Provisional list of fresh produce that will no longer require an import permit from 16 June 2016Under the Biosecurity (Prohibited and Conditionally Non-prohibited Goods) Determination 2016, the following provisional list of fresh produce will no longer require an import permit from 16 June 2016 provided that set import conditions are met. All import conditions are found in the Australian Biosecurity Import Conditions (BICON) system and must be complied with. On 16 June 2016, import conditions in BICON will be updated and should be used to determine which commodities require import permits.
