Introduction to AI ProductivityAudienceThis manual is intended for the administrator of the AI Productivity application.

Where to find the systemThe system is entirely web-based and located as a link on the AI Bridge portal page.

Browser compatibilityThe system relies on HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and other web standards. Each web browser may implement part or all of these standards. To ensure you have the best experience please use one of the following browsers versions. The system currently supports the Chrome (>=42.x), Safari (>=8.x), Firefox (>=37.x) and Internet Explorer (>=9). The system has also been tested and validated for use on tablet computers.

Document versionThis document is version 20171218 and covers software versions of AI Productivity up to version v1.3.5.

Logging inThe system displays patient health information and requires a user to login to the system via the main portal page, typically with their enterprise login ID. The system does not directly manage user names and passwords but delegates to the hospital central enterprise directory system. All page views are logged in the auditing system based on the authorized user ID.

Builder ConfigurationBoth metrics and dimensions are configurable. Metrics refer to the possible columns in the main table. Dimensions refer to the filters that are displayed as options in the filter panel. Changes are saved dynamically.

Metric and Dimension FormattingJSON Metadata can include format and precision keys. The following formats are supported.

Global AdminThese settings affect both Quality and Productivity applications.

App ActivationToggle the On/Off button and click ‘update’ to update activation status.If the app is deactivated, you may have to access the page directly through the URL by navigating to:

BASEURL/analytics-core/quality/admin/site_configuration

Replace BASEURL with the appropriate URL for the relevant installation. Click the Update button to save changes.

Performance WarningThis warning appears when there is a large amount of data with the specific set of filters. In the Global Admin section, you can configure the number of units to allow before displaying a performance warning.

Finance Data AccessDrag and drop user roles to configure which roles have access to the finance data in the Productivity application. Click the Update button to save changes.

Report AdminOn the report admin page, it is possible to import report definitions. This is a legacy feature that is being deprecated and will be removed in a future release.

Site Configuration

Table Row LimitsTable row limits refer to the maximum number of results that return at a time on the productivity page. Two limits can be configured, one for the exam-level results and one for the grouped results (non-exam). For grouped, when the results have reached the maximum number of results it then creates an “other” category (which can be clicked to expand the limit size). The exam table row limit refers to the number of exams that show on one page. Click the Update button to save changes.

Manual URLsBy default, the application help manuals for both end users and administrators are linked to internet-hosted PDFs. These URLs can be manually configured if alternative hosting is required. Click the Update button to save changes. Defaults can be restored by clearing the field and hitting update.

Page accessDrag and drop user roles to configure which roles have access to the Productivity application. Click the Update button to save changes.

Default FiltersOn the default filters page, you can change the default builder configuration that new users get and that the builder uses when the reset button is hit. The interface is very similar to the normal builder:

• Preview: Update table to use current filters (same as click preview in normal builder)

• Save Default Filters: Save the current filter set as the default• Reload Default: Load the current default filter set (same as clicking

reset in normal builder).• Reset Default: Reset current filter to system default of Volume
