OUR MEASURES OF SUCCESS

For AIESEC, success is defined when we can count one experience as realized(RE): when a

member starts to work with his or her team according to our global standards, or when a trainee

arrives his or her destination and he or she Is ready to work at the organization provider of the

internship.

Considering our global organization context with the AMBITION of creating a new generation of

leaders towards 2015; MCEB BORDER BREAKER created a plan based on AMBITION, contribution

to the network and drivers.

We selected OGCDP as our National Driver based on historical data and network inputs with the

aim of pushing the whole organization in a new level in terms of HR management and culture

development. At the same time, we manage IGIP program at national level with our corporate

alliances and the IGCDP program with small pilots at national level and two local entities.

experiences of my life on many levels and aspects. My volunteer work was the

lives, I'm very grateful for that. I must mention that AIESEC Guatemala gave me

the best and most warming welcome in the country and remained at my disposal

to help me with my every need. Thank you very much, AIESECers, without you

MEMBERSHIP REPORT

Successes TMP/TLP

1. Selection Process standardized at national level to align the operations timeline and the

recruitment way in the LCs.

2. IXP Campaign - Me Voy de Intercambio. We created the campaign Me Voy de

Intercambio for AIESEC Guatemala members in order to awaken their interest in

GCDP/GIP program.

3. Local structures operation-oriented. We aligned a local organization without the MKT

area where TM and F&L work directly to support the processes of exchanges in LCs.

Successes OD

1. EB 2015 Preparation. We have made the entire selection process of the new EBs at national

level, making each EB 2015 were selected before November 2014. We also ensured that

the process of transition and planning of new EBs was completed before the last

conference of 2014.

2. The Border Breaker Games. We decided to create a weekend of practical teamwork

experiences, where all participants would leave with real learning how to live a team

experience.

3. Education Cycle focused on the daily operations of LCs. The internal campaign created

after The Border Breaker Games, Operation Revenge, aimed to increase the results of

operations in LCs.

Legacy TM&OD

1. TM Space on Podio – TM Management Guatemala. With this space, we were able to

keep the database of all candidates for the Talento Joven program during the term 14.15,

following the whole process carried out and the time required for each candidate.

2. TM&OD materials and online tools. During the term 14.15, we built with the members and

leaders of the organization, materials and online tools that can be used in subsequent

administrations.

3. Monthly reports: SONA and State of Membership. State of Membership and Financial

Reporting. Today, we can ensure that each EB have control on their operations, finance

and human resources, and they can make strategic decisions for their LCs.

Some Testimonies

Maria Jose Gonzalez – IGCDP TLP – AIESEC in USAC “AIESEC para
