Dr. Pierre Weimerskirch Managing Director

Pierre is responsible for BusinessDevelopment and Distribution.Previously, Pierre was a Partnerat Ernst & Young in Luxembourgwhere he led the firm’s advisoryservices for Real Estate and Pri-vate Equity Funds. He is a boardmember of the LuxembourgPrivate Equity Association (LPEA)and serves on the board of anumber of Private Equity andReal Estate funds.

Dr. Thomas Goergen Managing Director

Thomas is responsible for Invest-ment Management. Previously,he was the Managing Director ofcominvest Asset ManagementS.A., a UCITS ManCo of AllianzGlobal Investors Group. Thomaswas responsible for ProductManagement and the setup offund solutions for institution-al clients. Thomas was also theManaging Director and Memberof the Board of Münchner Kapi-talanlage AG, a BaFin-regulatedMutual Fund Company.

Daniel Kranz Managing Director

Daniel is responsible for Oper-ations. Previously, Daniel setup the Luxembourg investmentplatform of SIGNA Holding, arenowned European realestate development company.Before SIGNA, Daniel was theHead of Fund Accounting atBank of New York Mellon andHead of Fund Accounting atADIG Investment LuxembourgS.A.

Ralph Brödel Managing Director

Ralph is responsible for RiskManagement and Valuation. Hejoined LIS from First Climate As-set Management S.A. where hewas a Managing Director. Priorto this, Ralph spent severalyears in Senior Risk Manage-ment and managerial positionsat leading property specialistbank Aareal Bank, DublinBranch, and Hypo Pfand-briefbank International S.A.
