GUEST VISITWe believe in an educational culture where thestudents have an overall development of what theyare and what the industry wants. For such crossexposure and development we organize a number ofplatforms where both students and industry mentorscan interact. One such aid is through Guest Lectures. On 27th April 2014, we had with us Mr. DeepakBarara, HR Head of Lanco Groups. As an HR head he

guided us through what the industry expects out ofyoung MBA graduate and where the students stand. Many questions were thrown on by our students likeAmit Kumar, Rashmi Sharma and many more onsubject like the working style of the presentgeneration, issues related to employee retention, and employee layoffs that happen in India due to theinstability in our economy. It was indeed a very longguest session and everybody participated with fullenthusiasm and made most out the wonderfulopportunity that they got.

INDUSTRIAL VISIT TO YOG RAMDivya Yog Mandir (TRUST) started its journey onJanuary 5th 1995, with a very few resources.Despite many hindrances as it is 20 km far fromhighway and there is no proper road we managed toreach there. Students were welcomed by a cup ofherbal tea after which they were briefed about how itis providing holistic treatment through an integrateduse of Yoga, Naturopathy, harmless herbs andmedical plants. Also, students were made physically see the variousrooms were actual treatment is been done. Itpresents a unique combination of the ancienttraditional system with the modern di agnosis. Themost exciting part of the visit was when studentswere taken to Har Ki Pauri. Accompained byProf.Parul Gupta and Prof Shruti Gupta this industrial

visit surely was a moving experience for thestudents.

VISIT BY HQ DELHI AREAe is a truly good man who desires always to bear the inspectionofgood men.

The path to continuous improvement is achievable if one keeps a checkon its system, and for the same reason, we have officers from the ArmyWelfare Education Society (AWES), and HQ Delhi Area, visiting ourinstitute and inspecting the entire management of the college. Theseinspections keep happening periodically and this time for our bookinspection we had Col SK Sood and Col RK Borkar. Also Col KJ Singh,Director AWES HQ Western Command was at out institute forAdministrative Inspection. These inspections keep us on our toes andhelp us working within deadlines.
