here a failure of this fan is caused by the use of accessories
not supplied by Casablanca, this w
arranty is void.
This warranty does not apply if the product has been dam
aged by improper installation, neglect, accident, m
isuse, exposure to extremes of heat or hum
idity, or as a result of service or m
odification by other than a Casablanca A
uthorized Service Center. In addition, this w
arranty does not cover minor variations in plated m
etal finishes due to the im
perfect nature of the plating and finishing process. Hand
blow
n glass may contain blisters, seeds, or thin lines. These
characteristics are not defects, but substantiate that this
is hand blown and handcrafted glass. A
ll costs of installing, removing, and reinstalling the product
are the responsibility of the ow
ner. Under-w

must be shipped to the factory for replacem
ent. Casablanca w
ill pay for shipping charges incurred in sending the defective
product from the custom
er to Casablanca Fan
Com
pany as well as for return U

o other expressed warranty is given. The repair or replacem
ent of a product is the consumer’s exclusive rem
edy.

Within the first 120 days, C
asablanca will send a field service representative to repair or
replace the part or parts deem
ed to be defective from the factory. M
ost Service Center
contracts cover up to a 30-mile radius from
their place of business. Casablanca w
ill not cover repairs caused by improper installation. A
fter the 120-day period, the consumer
will be charged for the service call and labor. C
asablanca will pay for all defective parts through the duration
of the parts w
arranty. NO

ust provide a copy of the Proof of Purchase at the time of
