This range of truck air coils is manufactured using the latest technology in air coil production, and are currently being fitted as standard equipment by the major truck manufacturers. Each coil is BLACK with colour coded tail support piece foridentification and are manufactured to DIN74323. Each coil is unique in offering the correct configuration of end fitting to suit a particular vehicle application. All TTC truck coils are 20 turns and have a working length of 4.0 metres.

A small diameter anti-kinking coil, using a high strength polymer formulation designed to perform to DIN 74323 (linked toDIN73378). A coil ideally suited for all applications, especially large Fleet operators.

Designed to be universal to fit any tractor unit, the noseboxis easily fitted, and has the facility to house up to 3electrical coils ranging from 7 pin ‘N’ and ‘S’ coils throughto ABS, EBS and 15-pin connectors. It is also supplied withhooks for the Air Brake Coil to be attached to the unit viathe coils stowage loop – supplied as standard on all AllenCoils, and is designed with 3 holes down the side to beable to affix the ‘C’ couplings on.

The lightweight EUROBOOM installs directly in front of the fifth wheel and utilises theexisting truck - trailer connection points. All connections and air lines are to industrystandard and airlines are externally mounted for easy access. As the EUROBOOMarticulates with the trailer there is minimal strain on the connecting coils. In the unlikelyevent of boom failure, the conventional coils can be refitted to keep the vehicle on theroad. A range of Eurobooms are available to suit most popular truck - trailercombinations, Euroboom can also be manufactured to specific customer specifications.

A FRAMESA-Frames are a simple but very effectivemethod of reducing coil wear and tear betweentractor and trailer, especially on close-coupledcombinations.
