Simple and easy installation method reduces the manpower and cost during installation and commissioning.
The largest combination up to 12 modules in modular chillers provides wide range of cooling capacity, from 66kW up to 1100kW. Multiple steps of capacity control deliver precise cooling or heating capacity based on user needs.
The low ambient package available in FCA system can serves various type of operating conditions. The economiser which reduce the refrigerant temperature before entering the evaporator allow FCA-FH series operates heating mode at low ambient temperature. Other than this, the FCA-ECA series with build in fan speed controller optimize the heat transfer efficiency and leading the chiller operates cooling mode at low ambient temperature.
The seamless inner groove copper tube which provides large inner tube surface enhances the heat transfer rate. This will greatly improve chiller efficiency. By unrestricting the flow of condensate over the outdoor coils, the hydrophilic fins significantly improve the chiller performances especially operates heating mode at low ambient temperature. All aluminium microchannel condenser coils in FCA-NC series come with many small flow channels providing more heat transfer than traditional coils. This will greatly reduce the unit weight and dimension.
High discharge temperature protection, compressor overload protection, high/low pressure switch, filter drier, anti freeze protection and automatic/manual defrost functions distinguish chillers with its outstanding features.
Wired LCD controller equipped with various operating mode, timer setting, self diagnosis in error code and leaving and entering temperature display. This will greatly reduce the commissioning and troubleshooting time.
