To acquire completed office buildings with recurring income. Currently AIRA Property is conducting due diligence on 2 assets.
Establish AIRA REIT to acquire Spring Tower and 2 other assets.
To list AIRA REIT (Token REIT)
AIRA OFFICE BUILDING REIT summary: Fund size = THB 10 billion (approx.) No of properties = 3 – 4 office buildings Expected listing = 2023
To develop Built-to-Suit SMART warehouses in partnership with logistics companies at strategic locations.
The partner logistics company will then enter into a long-term lease agreement with the owner. Hence generating recurring income.
Establish a warehouse REIT to acquire assets and undertake IPO or ICO (Expected in 2024)
