By confirming your order, you accept the quantity, quality and design of all items contained in the package. PAYMENT 1. Payment in full is required to confirm your order unless otherwise specified in the Project Terms. No orders will be processed until the payment amount has been received. 2. Lead times commence from the date of payment received. 3. All package prices will be fixed once the payment has been received and until final hand over to the Client, unless otherwise specified. 4. Payment can be paid by direct payment or credit card. Vault Interiors reserves the right to charge the Client an additional fee if Vault Interiors incurs extra charges due to the use of some credit cards. Fees for credit card payments may apply. 5. Prices are valid for the timeframe noted on your package list. 6. Vault Interiors reserves the right to reprice any product in accordance with market conditions if the package is confirmed outside of the quoted time frame. VARIATIONS 1. Any changes made to a Package after an order has been confirmed must be in writing and may incur an additional administration fee and price variation. 2. Variations or cancellations to any part of a package must be approved by Vault Interiors and the Client where necessary, in writing. 3. Any refunds and / or credits due to package variations and or cancellations will be at the sole discretion of Vault Interiors and may be subject to additional administration fees. 4. Package variations may impact times frames and the Client will be advised of any changes accordingly. 5. No reasonable request for an extension of time will be refused by the Client if changes are made to the package after confirmation due to changes in design, material or product specification at the request of the Client or any Client representative. 6. In some cases a product may be discontinued or unavailable after an order has been confirmed and a payment has been received. Vault Interiors reserves the right to replace any such item with a similar product to the same value. DELIVERY, INSTALLATION & HAND OVER 1. Vault Interiors will deliver and install the confirmed package/s to the agreed address and will coordinate with the Client accordingly. 2. Delivery will be during normal business hours from Monday to Friday. Weekend installations and after hours installations may incur additional fees. 3. Unless otherwise arranged, Vault Interiors will deliver the package/s over a single delivery period. 4. Staged deliveries over separate days at the request of the Client may incur additional delivery, storage and administration fees. Any associated costs will constitute a variation to the contract and will be quoted and invoiced accordingly. DELIVERY, INSTALLATION & HAND OVER

5. Vault Interiors requires a minimum of 15 working days to coordinate delivery and /or notice of any changes to an agreed delivery program, unless otherwise noted. 6. Vault Interiors reserves the right to charge any associated costs incurred for changes to an agreed delivery schedule at the request of the Client. 7. Vault Interiors reserves the right to charge any associated costs and rescheduling fees should the agreed delivery program be changed due to incomplete building works, or any other reason as determined by Vault Interiors that will prevent the package being installed on the agreed date. These cost may include storage and administration fees, or any other fees charged by third parties as a result of the Client delay. 8. Vault Interiors is not responsible for delays caused by others and which are beyond its immediate control, including but not limited to late settlement dates and builder’s defects. DELIVERY, INSTALLATION & HAND OVER CONT. 9. Vault Interiors reserves the right to charge the Client for any associated costs incurred due to building delays, which may include but not be limited to storage, administration and rescheduling fees. Penalty fees will be charged weekly and are required to be fully paid before delivery to site. 10. In some cases Vault Interiors may be required to handle items delivered by third parties. Unless otherwise agreed Vault Interiors will not be responsible for any part of third party deliveries or products and any costs associated with delays caused by third party delivery that impact the agreed delivery schedule may incur additional costs. 11. Unless otherwise agreed, Vault Interiors will not be responsible for the removal or handling of third party packaging or waste, assembly or products or installation or damage caused by third party deliveries. 12. Vault Interiors shall not be liable to the Client in any way for failure to deliver on the delivery date and any failure to deliver does not create any rights for the Client to cancel the order or terminate this agreement. 13. The Client acknowledges that Vault Interiors shall make all reasonable attempts to supply goods ordered by the Client. Vault Interiors accepts no responsibility for delays, price fluctuations, and unavailable or discontinued stock beyond its immediate control. 14. Vault Interiors reserves the right to exchange unavailable or discontinued goods with goods of a similar type and quality at Vault Interiors absolute discretion. 15. Vault Interiors will complete a handover with the Client or Client representative at the completion of the installation. Any rectification works required to be undertaken will be agreed to by Vault Interiors and the Client. WARRANTIES, DEFECTS & RETURNS 1. All warranty claims are at the sole discretion of Vault Interiors within 12 months from date of installation. A site inspection will be conducted to determine the validity of any claim. Any defects after this period will be classified as general wear and tear and is up the owner to replace. 2. In some cases, the cost of freight is not covered under product replacement and will be the responsibility of the Client. 3. Vault Interiors supplies a hand over manual at the completion of each installation which contains all product warranty information and forms. 4. It is the Client’s responsibility to complete and provide to the manufacturer any warranty cards or documentation required. 5. Vault Interiors does not offer warranties over and above those specified by the manufacturer, including all electrical items and white goods. 6. Items considered defective by the Client must be reported to Vault Interiors within 7 days of the hand over. 7. Vault Interiors accepts no responsibility for defects or damage once a property has been tenanted. 8. Vault Interiors accepts no responsibility for defects or damage caused by the handling of items by persons not authorized by Vault Interiors and or if the item has been used. 9. Vault Interiors will deliver the package as per the confirmed package list and accepts no returns outside of issues pertaining to damage or product fault. 10. In some cases, at the sole discretion of Vault Interiors, a credit may be applied should a Client wish to return an item. SCOPE OF SERVICES 1. Vault Interiors will deliver, unpack, assemble and place the package items where appropriate. 2. Vault Interiors will hang artwork and mirrors, make up beds with bedding and linen where supplied by Vault Interiors. 3. Vault Interiors will remove packaging and waste associated with the package items only, and will vacuum and make good the areas around the installation.

4. Vault Interiors is not responsible for cleaning the property before or after the package installation. A cleaning service can be arranged at the request of the client at additional cost. 5. Vault Interiors will plug in and program electrical equipment, lamps, white goods and appliances where supplied as part of the package. 6. Unless otherwise arranged, structural works required to complete the installation of items contained in the package is the sole responsibility of the Client, and includes but is not limited to additional in wall support required to hang art works, mirrors and TV wall brackets. SCOPE OF SERVICES CONT. 7. Vault Interiors is not responsible for any building works required to install electrical items or white goods such as washing machines, dryers, refrigerators or microwave ovens into built in cavities. 8. Vault Interiors will connect white goods to services provided but will not undertake any testing or operate equipment. Any plumbing or associated works are the sole responsibility of the Client and Vault Interiors will not be responsible for any aspect of the installation. THE CLIENT MUST ADVISE IF THERE ARE: 1. Non-standard fixtures, fittings, cavities, building materials or other structural reason which may affect, disrupt or make it difficult for Vault Interiors to install any of the goods. If the Client fails to comply with this obligation and an item comprising the Package is unsuitable, Vault Interiors reserves the right to charge the Client an additional fee in order to replace the item with a more suitable item 2. Non standard fridge requirements or cavities, electrical connections or aerials THE CLIENT MUST ADVISE IF THERE ARE: 3. Non standard door sizes or access which would make delivery difficult 4. Limited access, difficult or non standard site conditions which would impact delivery and installation. PRIOR TO THE INSTALLATION THE CLIENT MUST: 1. Ensure both water & electricity are connected; 2. Ensure the property has been completed and cleaned; 3. Ensure that Vault Interiors has sole access to the property; 4. Ensure any building defect works are carried out prior to or after Vault Interiors delivery and hand over to the Client; 5. Authorize access to allow Vault Interiors on site; 6. Provide all keys, security passes and codes if required; 7. Ensure lifts are operational if applicable; Ensure that no one apart from Vault Interiors handle any Package items during installation and note that any damage caused by others will be the sole responsibility of the Client or the Client’s contractor. 8. Secure the delivery site and allow Vault Interiors sole access from commencement of installation to hand over. If the delivery site is not adequately secured during this period and items are stolen, damaged or misplaced, Vault Interiors shall not be liable to the Client in any way. 9. If deemed necessary, provide additional security to a delivery site at no cost to Vault Interiors. 10. In the event an installation is scheduled soon after a tenant has vacated a property the owner must conduct an inspection and make any necessary cleaning arrangements and note any existing damage. 11. On the day of installation the Client or a nominated representative must be present for hand over. SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES 1. In the event that the Client is in breach of these terms and conditions, or you

a. go into liquidation; b. being an individual die; c. become bankrupt or take advantage of any law relating to bankruptcy or d. unable to meet your financial obligations under this contract, then you shall pay to Vault Interiors all outstanding debts and Vault Interiors shall be entitled to suspend further delivery of goods until all outstanding amounts have been paid in full

2. Any costs associated with the above and / or the removal of any part of a package from the site of an installation, due to any of the above factors, will be the sole responsibility of the Client. 3. If any part of this agreement is held invalid that part shall be severed from this agreement and the remainder of the agreement will continue to be valid and enforceable. 4. Upon termination, Vault Interiors shall be entitled to recover from the Client any difference between the fees and the amount paid by a third party if the items comprising the package are sold by Vault Interiors to a third party for less than what the Client would have paid for those items pursuant to this agreement. 5. All package lists and related material remain the copyright of Vault Interiors and cannot be re distributed or used for marketing purposes without Vault Interiors written consent.
