The Airport Inn Manchester is located in the rural district of Wilmslow,
Cheshire, surrounded by beautiful grounds overlooking the River
Bollin, and is only a short distance from Manchester Airport and the
M56 motorway. It is the perfect location to celebrate your special day
alongside family and friends.
Whatever your wedding day requirements, our devoted wedding
co-ordinators will look after you, from the moment you step through
the doors to see the venue for the first time, to the moment you leave
as a married couple.
Whether you would like an intimate occasion, or a Ceremony and
Wedding breakfast for up to 150 guests, we will make sure you
get everything you wish for on your perfect day. Choose from our
portfolio of wedding packages, which can be adapted to suit your
individual requirements, or ask us to create a bespoke wedding tailor-
made just for you. We really do care about you and will look after you
every step of the way.
CEREMONYThe Cheshire Suite can seat up to a maximum of 150 guests for
your wedding breakfast. You will also have exclusive use of the
Tatton Bar and patio area, a perfect place for your guests to enjoy
their welcome drinks.
For an additional cost we also provide photographers, floral
arrangements, wedding bouquets, buttonholes and finally exclusive
wedding cars to chauffeur you in-style.
The Airport Inn Manchester is licensed to hold civil ceremonies,
so whether you would like a small intimate gathering, or a larger
ceremony with upto 150 guests, we have the perfect space to
make your vision a reality.
Your ceremony will be performed by a Registrar from the Cheshire
East Registry Office. Please contact them to check availability and
arrange a date and time for your wedding. Our team will be happy
to give you more information & help you get everything booked.
FOOD AND DRINKSAt the Airport Inn, we know how important great food is to
your big day. We provide a selection of packages to suit all your
requirements and offer a range of options to keep you and all
of your guests happy. Our experienced chefs are dedicated to
producing a menu that will make your day perfect. If you are
holding your wedding breakfast with us, you are able to choose
one item from each course, ensuring the smooth running of your
day. If the package you have chosen doesn’t quite cover the
number of guests, we can add any extra guests for a supplemental
charge, so no one needs to miss out.
Our stunning hotel is the ideal place to enjoy a celebratory drink
with your guests. We offer several drinks packages covering
welcome drinks, wine during the wedding breakfast and, of course,
that all important fizz for toasting the happy couple. We can
discuss your requirements when we meet and work out a drinks
selection that’s right for you.

Evening ReceptionsIf you are only looking for an evening
reception, we happily cater for this too.
Whether you have been married abroad
and want to celebrate at home or have
had your wedding breakfast elsewhere,
we can help get the party started. Our
lively resident DJ will keep your guests
entertained and have you dancing all
night long. With a wide selection of songs
available, you can choose the music and
songs you love, ensuring your night is made
just for you. We also provide an evening
finger buffet for when dancing feet need a
well earned break.
We have 137 comfortable bedrooms
to accommodate your guests. All of our
bedrooms consist of an en-suite bathroom,
TV, telephone, Wi-Fi and refreshments, and
we have everything from a single room to a
family room for 4. Your wedding guests can
relax and enjoy a wonderful night’s sleep
with our special discounted wedding rates,
all including breakfast. Our on-site Spindles
Gym & Spa contributes to a perfect stay.
We would love to meet you and get to
know a bit more about your dream day.
Please book an appointment with our
wedding coordinator so they can chat
through your big day and show you
around our hotel. We can provisionally
hold a booking for you for up to two
weeks. After this, we will require a non
refundable deposit of £500 to secure
your date. Once the deposit is received,
we will confirm the booking to you
and provide our terms and conditions
attached to the wedding contract.
