Therefore, over the years, AIRCOM developed a full range of quick mechanical fittings
for a perfect connection of aluminum pipes.

The aluminum-based line, in enameled die-cast aluminum,
with 20 - 25 - 40 - 63 - 80 - 110 mm diameter range.
The whole range of QUICK LINE fittings is available in both
ISO-7 threads and NPT threads.
Quick Line Technopolymer
The technopolymer-based line, in PA 6 technopolymer,
with 16 - 20 - 25 - 32 - 40 - 50 mm diameter range.

Classic Line & Freeze Line
AIRCOM is the only manufacturer in the market who can offer a complete range
in a special ductile thermoplastic as an alternative to aluminum-based components.
In the CLASSIC LINE & FREEZE LINE systems, connection of pipes and fittings is accomplished
by a cold welding system, using a new-generation special welding adhesive which was
expressly formulated for use with AIRCOM materials.

Due to outstanding corrosion resistance of its technopolymer,
CLASSIC LINE is a perfect solution for use in production plants with an aggressive
environment. CLASSIC LINE comes in diameters from 20 - 110 mm.
FREEZE LINE is available in diameters 20 - 32 - 63 mm and was expressly
developed for coolant fluids delivery and distribution systems
with operating temperatures down to -4°F.
Design
Each product in AIRCOM range is the result of its R&D Department’s competence
and experience. The R&D Department is equipped with the most advanced technologies:
products and related production dies or molds are designed by
the latest 3D prototyping software.
Total in-company production of all necessary molding equipment is standard routine:
AIRCOM’s Dies & Molds Dept. is equipped with the best metalworking machines
available in the market.
