Bias for action & passion for resultsOn behalf of the NSS IT team, I want to recognize these PCTs for the help they provided in resolving the "IE Freezing" issue faced by the NSS Agents. They worked with the agents for many hours allowing us to gather the necessary information that we needed in order to determine where the issues was.
