Activities conducted in past year for CQP:• Basic course in hospital disaster

management on 10th March 2018.• Certify Professionals for Quality

Implementation in Laboratories (ISO 15189: 2012 – The Next Level) on 18th and 19th May, 2018.

• Basic CPHIC Training Program on 14th July, 2018.

Planned Activities for CQP• Conduct programs through CAHO. • Training of Healthcare staff /

students / quality manager in our Institution (6months Programme)

• Consultation for Implementation of NABH standards.

• Organize workshop & conferences.
