    Smoking is the inhalation of the smokeof burning tobacco in cigarettes, pipes,

    and cigars.

    (1) ACTIVE SMOKER: That person

    who smoke tobaccos in any form.(2) PASSIVE SMOKER: That person

    who dont smoke but only inhale thesmoke produced in the result of

    other smokers.

    (An-Nisaa: 29). It is a universally accepted that smoking has

    many serious health and life hazardsamongst which is lung cancer. These hazards

    affect not only the smoker himself but thosearound him as well. Shari`ah has stressed theimportance of being in good health.

    Smoking is a killer: causes lung-

    cancer, lung-tuberculosis and heartdiseases.Allah says: And do not killyourselves. (Quran 4/29)

    He also says: And do not throwyourselves into destruction. (Quran2/195)

    The smoker is unjust to himself as wellas his family by burning away his moneyand his chest.

    The smokers cause the spread of evil;they smoke openly and thus encourageothers to do the same.

    The smokers dislike fasting and prayingbecause they become impatient. Theywant to go for the next "round". Thesmoker becomes like an edict.

    Is hukka less harmful than smoking?

    No hukka is not less harmful than smoking

    because when you inhale the smoke of hukka

    only once, its same as that you have smoked

    100 cigarettes.

    relieving tension?

    We can relieve our tensions from religion

    sentiments, from music, from games, or meetwith friends and family members. The most

    It is because of majority of smokers are

    younger and other friends get effected. Thesmokers are increasing day by day because

    of negligible recreational activities.

    After quitting smoking, smoker feels angry,

    because his nicotine level decreases due toone face headache in most of the cases, and

    also for few days he leave eating, blood

    pressure decreases.

    How one can quit smoking if he wants

    to quit?

    It depend on smoker intentions. smoker

    need a proper medical treatment, and heshould not sit among other smokers if he

    wants to quit the smoking. Smokers should

    NO, its not ok, because smoking can

    produce an oral cavity cancer.It also pollutes the environment.

    No, lights cigarettes can produce a high blood

    pressure, increase heart beating and can also

    produce intestine cancer.
