The award was presented by the Credit Union National Association (CUNA) HR & Organizational Development Council, a national network comprised of 825+ credit union human resource and training & development professionals. Awards are given in each of three categories, including Employee Engagement, HR/TD Management Practices and HR/TD Strategic Leadership. Alabama Credit Union won the Employee Engagement category for its entry, entitled “Letting Go, Holding On: Empowering Employees Through High Performance Teams.” This Award winners were recognized at the council’s 21st annual conference held April 22-25 in Hollywood, CA.
