AL AMAN Construction Company is a specialized Engineering &
Contracting firm which specializes in all forms of Construction works for residential,
industrial and mix commercial establishments. Mechanical and Electrical Packages
(MEP) are also performed. Alaman is also providing Power Energy efficiency solutions
(i.e., Tri-Generation, Conventional, Renewable such as Solar & Wind), Industrial
sectors (e.g., fabrication of Tanks, Sound Proof Enclosures, Attenuation systems),
Rental of Power Generators, Compressors, etc., Operation and Maintenance including
Overhauling of generating sets, chillers, etc.
To provide all products and services it partners with internationally recognized firms to
insure that the latest in technical developments and standards are included in our
offerings and projects to our clients in this region.

Capability: For more than ten years of existence, Al Aman is now one of the leading
contractors in Saudi Arabia for diverse works in Engineering and Construction
Sectors. Contracts have been executed on turnkey design and construct basis for
clients with highest technical standards. That includes Saudi Electricity Company
(SEC), Saudi Aramco, government and private firms.
Al Aman performed contracts for Saudi Electricity Company in the Saudi Arabia.
Projects have been carried out both as prime contractor and subcontractor.
As an advantage, Al Aman has an organization with expertise in all aspects of this
specialty field of contracting. Division managers and their staffs have many years of
experience in directing complex projects within strict cost and schedule constraints.
The organization includes a strong engineering department with experts in civil,
electrical and mechanical design. The Bentley Computer Aided Design and Drafting
system is now used in all design activity as it conforms to SEC, Saudi Aramco and
other client’s requirements. This department has survey crews to secure initial data
from the site and to layout the work prior to execution.
The engineering and procurement departments collaborate in the purchase of
equipment and material for projects whether from domestic or international
manufacturers. The engineering department also has a project control section that is
responsible for schedule and cost control. Planning and scheduling is formalized
through use of Primavera Project Planner.
The Civil Construction Division performs all site-civil and structural works. For
substations, this includes site preparation and building work. For cabling contracts,
this includes trench excavation, cable installation, backfilling, overhead lines and
reinstatement work.
The HSE department is capable and equipped with safety facilities and implementing
rules for minimizing accident and damage of properties through continues training,
development, analysis and the provision of personal protective equipment and safety
tools needed in risk reduction management.
A Construction division was established to create a full solution construction entity
specialized in turn key projects. A full service general contractor in commercial and
residential and public buildings construction.

We built up a staff of professionals covering all engineering disciplines capable of
managing and executing projects of varying scope and magnitude to the most exacting
international standards, while maintaining economical standards.
We have alliance agreement with a design consultant office – HOUSE OF DESIGN
(HOD) – to be our design arm.

Power plant construction including designs, civil, electrical and
mechanical works:
• Civil works.
Construction of power house, maintenance platform, radiator plant, tank
farm, pump house, workshop, outdoor facilities, drainage at site that
includes: earthworks, Concrete works, supply and erection of steel
structure steel materials, brickwork, plastering, painting, interior finishing,
accommodation for personnel on site, mobilization and demobilization of
site facilities.

Panel installation, cable tray systems, equipotential bonding system,
illumination design, outside earthing systems.
• Mechanical work required for the installation of the ff:
