Our Sauvignon Blanc vines are planted on the South-Westerly
slopes of the Helderberg Mountain range facing False Bay and
Table Bay. The early morning breezes cool the vines which
contributes to the superb natural acidity in the grapes.

UVA M IRA – THE WONDERFUL GRAPE
Uva is the Latin word for grape. Mira – means worthy of admiration, wonderful, peaceful, prosperous, astonishing, full of charm and hard to resist.
It also shares a cosmic link: the red giant binary star Mira, the most notable star in the Cetus constellation.
