The balance of the contract plus any contract alterations shall be payable upon the delivery of thefinished unit. Upon payment, the Alexis Fire Equipment Company shall furnish the purchaser a "Statement of Origin"or the necessary validated documents required for title application.

DELIVERY: To insure proper break-in of all drive train components while under warranty, the finished apparatusshall be delivered to the purchaser under its own power. The apparatus shall be covered by comprehensive and liability insurance during the delivery period. The purchaser shall assume the insurance obligation on acceptance. At that time, the purchaser shallpresent to the manufacturer's agent a certificate of verification, showing liability, comprehensive, andcollision insurance coverage.

A qualified representative shall remain in the department a sufficient length of time to demonstrate theoperation, care and maintenance of the equipment to one (1) shift of personnel.

GENERAL INFORMATION: LOCATION The Alexis Fire Equipment facilities are located at 109 East Broadway, Alexis, Illinois 61412. Wemaintain a complete stock of parts and services available around-the-clock. We also propose tomaintain parts and service for a minimum period of twenty (20) years on all apparatus which ismanufactured. NOTATION To further assure the customer of our ability to manufacture quality fire apparatus, we are proud of thefact that Alexis Fire Equipment Company is family-owned and has been in the fire apparatus businesssince 1947.

PERSONNEL CAPACITIES To meet the spirit of N.F.P.A. 1500 paragraph 6.3.1, this apparatus has been designed to transport notmore than five (5) people. 6.3 Riding in Fire Apparatus

6.3.1 All persons riding in fire apparatus shall be seated and belted securely to the vehicle byseat belts in approved riding positions and at any time the vehicle is in motion. Standing orriding on tailsteps, sidesteps, running boards or in any other exposed position shall bespecifically prohibited.

INFORMATION TO BE PROVIDED: Alexis Fire Equipment Company shall supply, at the time of delivery, the following documents: A) The manufacturer's record of apparatus construction details, including the following information:

engine furnished, showing the maximum no-load governed speed. E) If the apparatus has a fire pump, the pump manufacturer's certification of hydrostatic test. F) If the apparatus has a fire pump, the certification of inspection and test for the fire pump. G) If the apparatus has an aerial device, the certification of inspection and test for the aerial device. H) If the apparatus has an aerial device, all the technical information required for inspections to comply

with NFPA.I) Weight documents from a certified scale - showing actual loading on the front axle, rear axle(s), and

overall vehicle (with the water tank full but without personnel, equipment, and hose) - shall besupplied with the completed vehicle.

J) Written load analysis and results of the electrical system performance tests. K) If the apparatus is equipped with a water tank, the certification of water tank capacity. L) If the apparatus has a fire pump, two (2) copies of the pump operation and maintenance manual. M) Two (2) destination effective wiring diagrams. WARRANTY:

Alexis Fire Equipment Co., Inc. warrants each new piece of Alexis fire and rescue apparatus to be freefrom defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service. Our obligationunder this warranty is limited to repairing or replacing, as the company may elect, any part orparts thereof which shall be returned to us with transportation charges prepaid, and as to whichexamination shall disclose to the company’s satisfaction to have been defective, provided thatsuch part, or parts shall be returned to us not later than one year after delivery of such vehicle.Such defective part or parts will be repaired or replaced free of charge and without charge forinstallation to the original purchaser. All water tanks will be warranted as stated herein and mayhave extended warranty as explained elsewhere in the Alexis Fire Equipment Co. Proposal. This warranty will not apply:

1. To normal maintenance services including, but not limited to, electrical lamps, valve seals,normal lubrication and/or proper adjustment of minor items.

2. To any vehicle which shall have been repaired or altered outside of our factory, in any way so as,in our judgment, to affect its stability, nor which has been subject to misuse, negligence, oraccident, nor to any vehicle made by us which shall have been operated at a speed exceeding thefactory rated speed, or loaded beyond the factory rated load capacity.

3.3. To the chassis and associated equipment furnished with chassis, signaling device, generators,batteries or other trade accessories. These are warranted separately by their respectivemanufacturers.

4. To work performed by an outside service without prior authorization obtained from Alexis FireEquipment.

5. To costs incurred from an outside service for non-warranty related items. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, and all other representations to theoriginal purchaser and all other obligations or liabilities, including liability for incidental orconsequential damages on the part of the company. We neither assume nor authorize any person to giveor assume any other warranty or liability on the company's behalf unless made or assumed in writing bythe company.

CHASSIS MODIFICATIONS:

STEP ASSEMBLIES:

The step assemblies on the left and right side of the chassis shall remain as specified in the chassisspecifications.

MUD FLAPS: Each rear fender shall be extended with a black rubber mud flap, thus preventing splash and road debrisfrom damaging the apparatus body.

WHEEL DRESS FULL WHEEL LINERS: The front and rear wheels shall be dressed with polished, stainless steel wheel liners, hub covers and lugnut covers. Realwheels Model RW1600-2AK.

FUEL TANK: The chassis shall incorporate a rear fuel tank installed by the chassis manufacturer. The fill and ventshall be installed behind the left rear wheel. The fill shall be labeled with the type of fuel intended.

HELMET STORAGE:

To meet the intent of NFPA 14.1.8.4.1, the helmet for each occupant shall be stored in an exteriorcompartment.

DARLEY 1½AGE GEAR DRIVEN PUMP:

Performance

Darley model number 1½AGE 20H gasoline powered, skid mounted centrifugal portable pump shall beprovided. The high pressure, medium volume pump, gear driven, engine mounted shall meet thefollowing performance requirements:

120 GPM @ 155 PSI75 GPM @ 230 PSI35 GPM @ 300 PSI

Pump Design

Pump casing shall be of anodized aluminum and vertically split, with a minimum tensile strength of33,900 PSI - bronze-fitted. Pump ratio to be selected by the manufacturer’s Engineering Department. Seal rings shall be renewable, double labyrinth, wrap around bronze type. Bearings are to be heavy duty,deep groove, radial-type ball bearings, oversized for long life. Bearings to be protected at all openingsfrom road dirt and water splash with oil seals and water slingers.

Mechanical Seal

The pump shall be furnished with a Darley maintenance free mechanical seal. The mechanical seal shallbe a non-contacting, non-wearing seal design. Seal shall be a Silicon Carbide Mechanical seals withwelded springs. The stationary face of mechanical seals shall be made from Silicon Carbide, and beextremely hard and of a heat dissipative material, which resists wear and dry running damage muchbetter than conventional Ni-resist and Tungsten Carbide materials

Pump Shaft Pump drive shaft shall be precision ground, heat treated alloy steel, with a 1-3/8 spline. Gears shall behelical design, and shall be precision ground for quiet operation and extended life. The pump shaft shallbe splined to receive broached impeller hubs, for greater resistance to wear, torsional vibration, andtorque imposed by engine, as well as ease of maintenance and repair. Pump shaft to be precision-ground416 stainless steel.

Impeller

The impeller shall be a high strength bronze alloy, splined to the pump shaft for precision fit, durability,and ease of maintenance.

Impeller shaft oil seals shall be constructed to be free from steel components except for the internal lipspring. The impeller shaft oil seals shall carry a lifetime warranty against damage from corrosion fromwater and other fire-fighting fluids.

Pump Transmission

The transmission case shall be cast iron aluminum with adequate oil reserve capacity to maintain lowoperating temperature. Pump ratio to be selected by the manufacturer’s engineering department. Gearsshall be helical in design and precision ground for quiet operation and extended life. Gears to be cutfrom high strength alloy steel and heat treated. Gear face to be minimum of 1-1/2”. Chain drive and/ordesign requiring extra lubricating pump is not acceptable.

Hand Primer

One (1) Guzzler hand primer shall be provided.

HONDA 20 HP ENGINE: ENGINE The engine shall be a Honda GX630 horizontal shaft engine. It will be a 4 stroke, gasoline fueledengine with 20 HP @ 3600 RPM (4000 RPM max.) 42 cu. In. Displacement.

FUEL TANK The fuel tank will be a 5 gallon separate tank mounted near the engine. The fuel tank shall beconstructed of black high density polyethylene. The fuel line shall incorporate an inline carbon charcoalcannister to provide low evaporative emissions in compliance with current EPA regulations.

IGNITION Digital CDI with variable ignition timing. LUBRICATION Full pressure STARTER Shift Type

CONTROLS An illuminated control panel shall be provided at the rear of the unit. The control panel shall include thefollowing controls: throttle, choke, start and stop, along with a discharge pressure gauge.

VALVING: Each valve shall be ball type, full flow and so designed as to allow easy removal from the line withoutdisturbing the piping. The valve shall be tested to 500 p.s.i. by the valve manufacturer.

STAINLESS STEEL PIPING - NATURAL FINISH: A stainless steel welded pipe suction manifold shall be attached to the suction side of the pump. Themanifold plumbing shall utilize a Victaulic coupling for ease of removal from the pump for service andmaintenance requirements. The manifold shall be in a Ramshorn design to help reduce friction loss andshall be designed to accept a Scotty Around the Pump foam system, if applicable.

The discharge system shall incorporate a 4" x 4" stainless steel distribution system. The manifold shallbe fed from the 4" piping system. The discharge system shall incorporate a victaulic coupling to allowease of access for maintenance or removal of the pumping system. Each discharge shall be fed fromabove the manifold system.

The discharge manifold shall incporporate the following standard ports: one (1) 1", four (4) 1½", two(2) 2", and one (1) 2½". All unused discharge ports shall be capped. Provisions shall be provided in thedischarge manifold to accept an Around the Pump foam system if applicable.

NOTE: Due to the location of the discharge manifold, the pick up truck tailgate (if applicable) shallremain off the unit while the skid unit is in the pick up truck bed.

2½" DISCHARGE: One (1) 2½" discharge with valve, cap, and chain shall be provided at the rear of the skid unit. Thedischarge shall utilize a 2006SST stainless steel ball valve.

1½" DISCHARGE: One (1) 1½" discharge shall be provided at the rear of the skid unit. The discharge shall utilize a2006SST stainless steel ball valve.

2½" TANK VALVE: One 2½" Akron 8800 Series quarter turn valve shall be included for the tank to pump line. A 2½"non-gated NSTF swivel suction adapter shall be located at the rear.

A Trident ‘Foamate’ Model #31.008.0 ATP-1.0 Class A around-the-pump foam system shall beinstalled. The foam housing shall be of brass construction; due to the high reliability factor, a plastichousing construction shall not be acceptable. The ATP foam system shall be factory calibrated andcertified to meet applicable NFPA standards. The unit shall have the ability to turn the foam flow “onand off” without changing the water or foam proportioning settings.

The ATP system shall have the following performance ranges at 100 PSI (6.9Bar):

a) 400 GPM (1500 LPM) at 0.25% foam percentageb) 200 GPM (750 LPM) at 0.50% foam percentagec) 100 GPM (375 LPM) at 1.0% foam percentage

The ‘in and out’ water hose connections shall be 0.25” NPT female threads and the foam connectionshall be 0.75” GHT female threads. The unit shall have precision metering valve and foam eductingventuri. The brass metering valve shall have EPDM rubber replaceable foam compatible seals. Thedesign shall include an integral check valve to prevent ‘backflow’ of foam into the water supply. Thefoam supply line shall have a separate and positive “on-off” valve control on the panel, including checkvalve. The foam metering valve shall operate from a “minimum to maximum” in less than a 360 degreerotation.

The indicator or table to select water flow rate and corresponding foam metering valve setting shall bebuilt into the operating control and display. A dial-type foam/water control shall permit direct readingand ‘pre-setting’ of a desired water flow rate and foam concentrate percentage rate or any ‘variablesetting’ for precise foam solutions. The entire proportioning assembly shall have a compact controlpanel, approximately 4” high x 4” wide, with valve body and metering valve mounted aft of the panel. The control panel shall be a chrome plated die casting, with an integral poly carbonate label foroperating instructions and foam diagram. The foam control panel and proportioner system shall becapable of being mounted in two (2) alternative methods:

a) surface mounted on a fire apparatus pump panel b) installer supplied mounting bracket

The color-coded foam control panel which shall include the following:

a) One (1) foam supply “on-off” valve or flushing in the “off” position, with directional arrowlabel.

b) One (1) foam percentage selection dial control with 0.25%, 0.50% 1.0% foam percentagesettings.

c) One (1) outer rotating dial control to indicate GPM or LPM water flow settings. The controlshall be ‘blue’ color-coded to instantly allow the operator to select the desired water flowsettings. The use of a separate flow and foam percentage chart will not be acceptable.

The foam system shall include a separate and accessible brass 0.75” in-line wye water strainer with0.25” NPT fittings. The strainer shall be a minimum of 5 square inches, with replaceable and cleanablescreen and 0.50” plug. Water and foam supply lines shall be provided and installed by final stageassembler.

FOAM TANK: A 10 gallon foam tank shall be incorporated within the booster tank of the apparatus. It shall be baffledand constructed of polypropylene. The fill shall be installed and vented to allow filling without afoaming reaction from the foam concentrate. Two valves shall be incorporated with the foam tank, onefor the foam induction system and one for a drain hosed to the ground.

FRONT TURRET:

One (1) Akron 3462 Forestry Monitor shall be installed at the front of the apparatus on a platformlocated on the left or right side. The monitor shall be controlled from the chassis cab. The unit shall beplumbed with 2" piping and 2" valve controlled from the joystick system. The joystick shall have avalve trigger system to open and close the flow valve.

The turret shall be supplied with an adjustable flow baffle nozzle with four settings and electric flush;30, 60, 95 and 125 gpm.

The deck gun finish shall remain as supplied by the manufacturer.

The exposed bumper turret piping at the front of the appratus shall remain natural finish stainless steel

BOOSTER REEL: One (1) Hannay Electric booster reel(s), Model EF20-30-31, shall be provided and mounted. Each reelshall include 150 ft. of 1" lightweight booster hose. Included with each reel are two (2) sets of spoolsand rollers. Each reel shall utilize a 2006SST stainless steel ball valve.

The rewind button shall be located on the right side of the apparatus.

The 1" recycle/fill valve shall go from the pressure side of the pump to the booster tank. It shall consistof a 1" hose with aeroquip fittings and a 1" full flow quarter turn 2006SST stainless steel ball valve.

PIPING CERTIFICATION: Upon final apparatus delivery, a certification sheet shall accompany the unit stating that all piping andthe pump have been hydrostatically tested to 250 psi.

TANK:

SKID TANK:

The tank shall be constructed of ½" thick black PT2E textured polypropylene sheet stock with AccTufresin. This material will be a certified virgin, high quality, non-corrosive, stress relieved thermoplastic. It shall have the capacity of 300 gallons.

The tank comes standard with built-in liquid level sight gauge, booster reel mounting blocks, an internalsump for easier mounting.

CONSTRUCTION:

The tank shall be designed to have complete modular drop-in capability. The passenger's side rear wallof the tank shall have an internal liquid sight gauge 4" in width, natural in color, and 90% transparent.

FILL TOWER & TANK COVER:

The tank shall be equipped with a combination vent/overflow and manual fill tower. The fill tower shallbe 8" round and 8" high with a round molded cover. The cover shall be fastened to the tower with atether to prevent loss.

OVERFLOW:

The vent overflow pipe shall exit above the body decking.

SUMP:

There shall be one sump as standard per tank.

OUTLETS:

There shall be two standard outlets located on the same vertical plane on the driver's side rear tank wall:One (1) 3" FNPT suction fitting and one (1) 1½" FNPT tank fill with flow deflector. There shall be one(1) 1" FNPT tank drain located on the rear tank wall towards the passenger's side.

BODY:

ALUMINUM BODY:

There shall be a custom fabricated utility body measuring approximately 94 inches wide by 108 incheslong installed on the chassis. The body subframing system shall be independent of the chassis frameand constructed of 5" open C channel aluminum thereby providing a complete lift off body for laterbody transfer. The body shall be attached to the chassis frame utilizing "U" bolts.

There shall be a headache rack installed at the front of the body constructed of tubular aluminum andaluminum sheet with with rear window cutouts.

There shall be a skirt at the rear of the body constructed from formed .190 smooth aluminum material, inpreparation for Chevron striping.

The flatbed shall be decked with .190 inch smooth aluminum material. The flatbed floor shall include acutout to allow the water tank overflow to exit below the floor.

The rear wheel housing shall be constructed of aluminum treadplate material. The body shall be manufactured utilizing 3/8" Magna-Grip LockBolt fasteners. The fasteners arewidely known as the most reliable wide grip fastening system available and also provide vibration andloosening resistance. The body shall be mounted on flexible floatation pads to allow the body andchassis to flex on rough ground

Utility Body Beveled Doors

BEVELED LAP/BOX STYLE DOOR CONSTRUCTION: The side compartment doors shall be manufactured in a lap design. The perimeter of each outer doorpanel one each door opening shall be of a beveled design to assure a tight seal. The compartment door shall be a double pan door. The outer surface shall be manufactued of .190"smooth aluminum and the inner pan shall be manufactured of .125" smooth aluminum. The doorassembly shall be designed to prevent condensation buildup within the door interior. Insulation shall be

installed as necessary between the inner and outer pans of each door. Each door shall be supported with stainless steel piano hinges. Each hinge shall be bolted to the doorperimeter and door casement with stainless steel bolts, thereby facilitating door replacement. The dooropenings shall have closed cell automotive type seals to prevent water and dirt entry.

There shall be a seal applied to the outer and inner perimeter of the door to allow for a double sealdesign.

The rear compartment (if applicable) shall have a Roll-up Shutter Door with a satin (non painted)finish. The door shall be made of an anodized aluminum slat incorporating an exclusive seal thatprohibits water intrusion, absorbs shock, eliminates clatter, and provides quiet, vibration-freeperformance.

COMPARTMENT DOOR LATCHING: The tall vertical compartment doors shall be secured by a two-point latching system and the shortvertical and horizontal compartment doors shall be secured with a single point latching system. Thedoor handle shall consist of a stainless steel rotary D-ring latch. Each latch shall connect with a pair ofstrikers.

Each door shall be painted to match the chassis cab

DOOR RETAINERS-DOUBLE SPRING SLIDE TYPE: Each vertically hinged side compartment door shall be retained with stainless steel double spring slidetype retainers (Hansen 5 EZ style). The retainers shall be designed to hold the door in the open position.

SWING UP DOOR RETAINERS-GAS SHOCKS: Each swing up side compartment door shall be retained with Gas shocks that are designed to hold thedoor in the open position.

DROP DOWN DOOR RETAINERS-CHAINS: Each drop down side compartment door shall be retained with heavy duty chains that are designed tohold the door in the open position.

There shall be one (1) 90” deep x 28” wide x 5” high tool storage compartment at the rear of theapparatus. The compartment shall include two (2) poly slide out drawers 14" wide with latches. Thedrawers shall be full depth. The compartment shall be an integral part of the poly skid frame.

HOSE TRAY - ALUMINUM TREADPLATE:

There shall be one (1) hose tray located over the compartments on the left side. The hose tray hall bemanufactured of .125 aluminum treadplate and shall be mountd to the top of the compartments utilizingunistrut tracking. The tray shall be approximately compartment length x compartment depth x 6" high,providing a uniform appearance.

NOTE: The hose is not included.

HOSE TRAY COVER - HYPALON: The hose tray shall be covered with a fire and chemical resistant material. It is to be retained to theapparatus with a slotted track retainer across back and ¼" shock cord with chrome plated hooks acrossthe front.

The hypalon cover shall be black in color.

CAPACITY:

RUB RAILS:

Bolt on aluminum rub rails shall be installed, below the compartment doors. Said rub rails will befabricated of a polished "C" channel aluminum, mounted to the body surface utilizing ¼" plasticspacers. The channel designed rub rail shall incorporate a highly reflective red and fluorescent yellowgreen reflective stripe to aid in apparatus protection.

The rub rails shall incorporate the LED ground lights and LED lower warning lights. Each light stripshall run the full length of each rub rail.

12 VOLT ELECTRICAL:

ELECTRICAL WARRANTY:

Alexis Fire Equipment Co., Inc. warrants each new piece of Alexis fire and rescue apparatus to be freefrom defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service. Our obligation under thiswarranty is limited to repairing or replacing, as the company may elect, any part or parts thereof which

shall be returned to us with transportation charges prepaid, and as to which examination shall disclose tothe company’s satisfaction to have been defective, provided that such part, or parts shall be returned tous within five (5) years or 40,000 miles after delivery of such vehicle. Such defective part or parts willbe repaired or replaced free of charge and without charge for installation to the original purchaser. Prior to any warranty work being performed on the unit, a Warranty AuthorizationNumber must be obtained from Alexis Fire Equipment. Items specifically covered are:

Electrical harnesses and harness installation Printed circuit board Switches, circuit breakers and relays

Items excluded are: Chassis electrical systems and components installed by chassis manufacturer Separately manufactured items installed by Alexis Fire Equipment including, but not limited

to; batteries, sirens, battery chargers, inverters, lightbars and similar equipment. (These arecovered by warranties supplied by the manufacturer of the components).

Periodic tightening and cleaning of connection terminals as this is considered routinemaintenance

Normal wear, abuse, accident, negligence or un-approved alteration of original parts. Should repairs become necessary under the terms of this warranty, the extent of that repair shall bedetermined solely by Alexis Fire Equipment and shall be performed solely by Alexis Fire Equipment ora repair facility designated by Alexis. The expense of any transportation to or from such repair facilityshall be that of the purchaser and is not an item covered by this warranty.

Alexis Fire Equipment reserves the un-restricted right at any time to make changes in design of and/orimprovements on its products without thereby imposing any obligation on itself to make correspondingchanges or improvements in or on its products theretofore manufactured.

12 VOLT ELECTRICAL SYSTEM: The electrical system shall be engineered to provide many years of dependable, trouble free service. The 12-volt apparatus wiring shall be completely independent of the chassis electrical system. Thesystem shall incorporate a state-of-the-art electrical distribution center

FLOOR MOUNTED CONSOLE FOR EMERGENCY SWITCHES:

One (1) 12 volt floor mounted console shall be installed in the apparatus. The console shall bemanufactured of 14 gauge 304 #4 finish stainless steel material and shall incorporate a #4 finish smoothstainless steel top. The top of the console shall be hinged for access to the internal electricalcomponents.

RADIO:

One (1) radio(s) shall be installed by the customer after receipt of the completed apparatus.

MASTER SWITCH: A 12 Volt Cole-Hersee Rotary switch shall be installed. When in the OFF position, the master switchsystem shall isolate all electrical power from the apparatus. It shall not interrupt any primarybattery/starter wiring originally furnished by the chassis manufacturer.

TIRE PRESSURE MONITORING DEVICE: One (1) set of Real Wheels LED Air Guard tire pressure indicators shall be shipped loose with thecompleted apparatus. Features and benefits of the LED Air Guards include

Safety – Improper tire pressure has a detrimental effect on handling, braking and control. Longer Tire Life – According to the D.O.T., 95% of all premature tire wear is caused by

underinflation. Self-calibrating – LED AirGuard Set & Go memorizes pressure when initially installed and can be

easily recalibrated by simply removing and reinstalling. Improved Fuel Economy – Proper tire inflation can save an estimated 3% to 5% in fuel costs.

CHASSIS HIGH IDLE:

The Ford chassis shall incorporate a high idle system installed by Alexis Fire Equipment Company. Thehigh idle system shall utilize the chassis PCM to increase the engine RPM and shall be controlled by asingle switch in the chassis cab. The high idle system shall be interlocked to the park brake, servicebrake, park (automatic transmissions) or the clutch (manual transmissions.

LED LIGHTBAR: One (1) Whelen Model Justice LED JE2NFPA 56" LED lightbar shall be mounted on the cab roof. Thelightbar shall be an all red lightbar. The lightbar shall be switched from the in cab switch panel. Thislightbar fills the requirements of Zone A Upper, Zone B Upper, and Zone D Upper.

WARNING LIGHTS (FRONT): Two (2) Whelen Model LINZ6R red LED lights shall be mounted on the front cab face, one (1) on eachside. The lights shall be placed inside chrome flanges. These lights shall be switched from the in cabswitch panel. These lights fill the requirements of Zone A Lower.

WARNING LIGHTS (SIDE): One (1) Whelen Model LINZ6R Red LED lights shall be mounted on the right (officer's) side of thechassis cab. These lights are placed inside chrome flanges. These lights shall be switched from the incab switch panel. These lights fill the requirements of Zone B Lower. One (1) Whelen Model LINZ6R Red LED lights shall be mounted on the left (driver's) side of thechassis cab. These lights are placed inside chrome flanges. These lights shall be switched from the incab switch panel. These lights fill the requirements of Zone D Lower.

The rub rails on each side of the body shall incorporate integral outward facing Red LED strip lights. In addition to the Red LED strip light, the rub rail on each side ahead of the rear wheels shallincorporate one (1) Whelen Model MCRNTRR Red Micron LED light. These lights shall be switchedfrom the in cab switch panel.

WARNING LIGHTS (REAR): Two (2) Whelen Model LINZ6R Red LED lights shall be mounted on the lower rear area of the vehicle. The lights shall be placed inside chrome flanges. These lights shall be switched from the in cab switchpanel. These lights fill the requirements of Zone C Lower.

LED REAR DRIVING SIGNALS: The rear driving signals shall consist of four (4) lights; two (2) on each side of the apparatus. They shallbe Tecniq LED T66 Series and are to be recess grommet mounted on the rear of the brush truck. Eachshall be color-coded as follows: LED Red-Stop/Tail/Turn and LED White-Backup.

ELECTRONIC SIREN: One (1) Whelen Model 295SLSA1 siren shall be installed in the apparatus. The siren shall be mountedin the cab and shall include a noise-canceling microphone.

BACKUP ALARM: One (1) 12 volt electronic backup alarm shall be incorporated on the apparatus. The backup alarm shallbe a minimum of 97db and switched with the backup light circuitry.

ICC LIGHTING: Tecniq S34 Series LED Clearance lights shall be installed on the apparatus. They shall be hermeticallysealed cartridge lights for ease of service and durability.

LED REAR LICENSE PLATE BRACKET: There shall be a Cast Products LED license plate bracket provided at the rear of the apparatus.

DECK LIGHT(S): One (1) Whelen PSBP12 Swivel light(s) shall be provided and installed on the unit. The light(s) shallbe mounted at the rear of the unit.

LAMINATION WARRANTY:

The apparatus shall be covered by a three (3) year warranty against defects in material and workmanshipwith the graphics process

REFLECTIVE STRIPING: The finished apparatus shall be striped black with 4" reflective Scotchlite striping in a "Z" pattern.

REFLECTIVE STRIPING IN THE CAB:

Two-inch red and white striped retro-reflective material shall be placed on the inside of each openingcab door. The material will be at least 96 square inches, meeting current NFPA standards.

DIAMOND GRADE CHEVRON STRIPING:

The rear of the apparatus shall be striped with Diamond Grade retro-reflective striping. The stripingshall be applied in a chevron pattern sloping downward and away from the centerline of the apparatus ata 45º angle. The striping shall be single color alternating between red #3992 and flourescentyellow-green #3983.

The Chevron striping shall be applied in the following locations: on the rear apron, below the flatbeddeck.
