The Human Resources Management (HRM) program consists of a set of interrelated courses designed to provide undergraduate students with the knowledge and skills necessary for implementing legal and ethical HR practices to help organizations achieve their strategic goals. It is designed to provide our students with in-depth knowledge on various HRM issues such as employee attraction, retention, training and development, talent management, compensation management among several issues. The program also prepares our students to work with contemporary HRM issues such as strategic utilization of HR, the measurable impact of HR over a business, challenges relevant to labor relations, health and safety needs, and fairness concerns. Through a combination of lectures, projects, business-cases, and presentations, our program is committed to providing our students with needed technical and practical knowledge along with leadership skills to pursue a successful HRM career in different industry setting. We are also committed to providing the Saudi market with HRM experts and professionals who are equal to the graduates of reputable universities in the world.
