Our Cleaning team is a professional and extremely dynamic team. All the people who make it up come from luxury hotels. This guarantees our guests complete satisfaction throughout their stay. At each booking, we include a daily refreshment cleaning of each apartment, we keep the values and codes of luxury hotels.

Fátima is the team's booking manager, rigorous, discreet and very pleasant, making her the perfect person to meet the needs of our customers. She mainly takes care of the entire booking process, from check-in to check-out, including all types of concierge services.
MaintenanceTeam
Our maintenance team is an extension of the developer's team, that's why your apartment will never lose the shine of the first day. We are expert in repairing damage caused by guests but also in renovating your property. You are in the best hands in terms of maintenance.

Initial Setup: Helping get your unit ready with any furnishings, ordering, coordinating deliveries, getting smart lock installed etc.
Cleaning: Co-ordinate and Manage regular cleaning services.
Restocking Supplies: Purchase and restock cleaning supplies, toiletries, basic condiments etc.
Maintenance: Planned preventative maintenance for appliances (Air conditioner, dryer, fumigation etc.).
Repairs: Managing and coordinating any repairs required.
Inspection: Regular inspections.(at least once per week for your unit).
Guest Check-in/Checkout: coordinating guest check-in and checkouts. Arranging cleaning.
Guest Concierge Services: Airport pickup/drop off, restaurant reservations, arranging tours, etc.
