I’m an enthusiastic, self-motivated, and forward-thinking service designer, who has a passion for people.I vallue sustainability, creativity, innovation and I’m a person who enjoys multicultural environments. I have a background in architecture, graphic design and industrial design but I am mainly concerned in Design for Services because I believe that it can have a big social impact by using its tools and methods to help everyone imagine and co-create better ways of working and living.My primary goal is to find efficient, innovative and long-term solutions for contemporary issues, needs and requirements of both client and user.The techniques I use combines manuality with software skills, conceeving three-dimensional thinking and visualising.

Freelance and Pro-bono projects - branding and visual-identity - photography
Worked on various projects within my masters programmethat involved team work, co-designing, co-creating a service for real clients such as With Scotland (Child Protection Conscultancy), SOEC (Scottish Outdoor Education Centre)and currently collaborating with MMM ( Canadian Transport Consultancy Group based in Edinburgh)I have also experience in the customer service due to the jobs I had as a seller ( at the lingerie shop: Yamamay; in a bakery-pastry shop in Italy/ Florence)and a waitress ( Café Giacosa di Roberto Cavalli in Florence/ Italy ). I also worked as a health care provider for old people with health problems such as: Alzheimer’s; Diabetes; Cancer and Epilepsy.
