Cavity Waxes

Cavity Wax is a corrosion preventative that forms excellent films in cavities. The product is solvent

borne and based on mainly synthetic waxes and corrosion inhibitors. When the solvent has

evaporated, the product leaves a beige, waxy, water repelling protective film that offers a very

good corrosion prevention.

Products in the Cavity Wax are designed for application in closed cavities & open surfaces

Rust preventive Fluid

These also form a part of the cavity wax family.

This Product is a rust preventive fluid with excellent film building properties on open surfaces as

well as in cavities.

The product is mainly based on synthetic waxes, oil, corrosion inhibitors and solvent of white spirit

type.

Range of use -This is designed for protection of sheet metal , spare parts , air compressors ,

motors, pumps etc.

Under Body Coating

Under Body Coating is a thixotropic corrosion preventive which provides long-term resistance

against corrosion and abrasion even under difficult conditions. When the solvents have

evaporated, a tough, elastic, waxy protective film remains on the sheet metal, giving a high degree

of protection.

Uses :

Under Body Coating is an under body product for treatment of cars, trucks and buses during

production, at import plants and in the aftermarket. When applied to a clean, dry surface, it adheres

to both painted surfaces and those coated with a layer of PVC or similar product. Zinc, rubber and

plastics are completely unaffected by the product. A clean and economic treatment on the line is

assured by the products easy applications and high solid content.

Under Body Coating is also designed to be used on spare parts, machines and iron and steel

structures in highly corrosion inductive conditions. It is also very suitable as a transport and storage

anticorrosive for long term transporting or warehousing under extremely corrosive circumstances.

Engine Coating

This Product has the following properties -

- It leaves a hard , transparent film

- is heat resistant to both alkali and acids

- is heat resistant up to a temperature of more than 200 0C

- gives a shiny and clean film which facilitates a visual inspection of metal surfaces , reading of

labels and numbers etc.

- has good adhesion and flexibility on rubber and plastic parts at both low and high temperature.

- has a very short drying time and is designed to be sprayed for on line protection

This product has been specially developed to be used on surfaces, which are exposed to both high

and low temperatures.

Appropriate parts to be treated with this product are engine compartments, engines, and other

details, which have to withstand high temperatures.

Application

The above products can be applied by spraying with manual or automatic airless application

equipment. It is suitable for either air mix or airless spraying.

A specially formulated non-poisonous rat repellent, Rat Repellent drives away rats from your

surroundings. With Rat Repellent, forget the days of removing dead rats after poisoning them. In other

words, Rat Repellent does not kill rats as the rodenticides do. The hazards of killing rats, emotional or

environmental concerns can thus be avoided.

Use it once (apply the Rat Repellent Cake for 20 days) and for long, you can say goodbye to rats and

mouse and relax in peace.

Rat Repellent is suitable for industrial, commercial, residential areas, agricultural lands, lawns / gardens

and is beneficial for use in cars, trains, and wherever there is rat disturbance.

Peal off label and secure bottle to inside of bonnet with cable tie provided, one near the right side

head light (near battery) & the second one near the wiper motor bottle. Keep away from source of

heat and moisture

Ensure keeping the container in the same spot for 20 days continuously for better results

Rat Repellent gives best results when used in the area of infestation than keeping in its passage

Keep infested area as clean as possible

How does it work?

The application of Rat Repellent temporarily affects the mucous membrane of rats. The rats after a

long exposure, gradually starts developing a fear to the smell and hence, moves away from the

area where it is applied.

The fear is well communicated with the other rats. As a result, its application can keep away other rats

also from the area for a long time.

Note that rats may visit the area for 7-10 days before the repellent begins and rats start running away

from the surroundings.
